We have recently purchased a new trade pack for our pressure cleaning business . I spoke with a few other dealers prior to you guys at the Gold Coast. My first contact at sales was with a trainee salesperson named John Laws. I gave him my requirements and asked only for him to be honest and communicate well. He was exceptional , a real pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to help. On Point Pressure Cleaning’s next purchase will be through John again, as will the servicing schedule.
It’s unfortunate that we are forced to such a point of writing a poor review but I’ve been more than patient while dealing with probably the worst customers service to date. If having your house broken into & work car stolen isn’t bad enough. Dealing with the lack of empathy, care & basic neglect from Gol Coast Iszuzu just amplifies it by a thousand. Lack of updates, one word answers, telling the customer you need to chase up your own answers on why parts haven’t arrived, complaining to me on the 1st phone call how they “hate dealing with insurance claims as they don’t get paid quickly” is the type of customer service they offer. If I ran my business the way you do I’d have no customers. Your customers deserve better.
