Dropped two jackets and a dress (mother of the bride!) for dry cleaning. When l phoned to make sure that they would be ready in time for the wedding, the lady was VERY RUDE,. With 3 hours to go, one jacket could not be worn and the black and white dress was ruined with stains and water marks all down the front! Totally unacceptable!

Will never use again. All items came back worse than they went in. When I called to follow up on our items the lady I spoke with was unbelievably rude! Even if it wasn't for the state of our clothes I wouldn't return purely on how I was spoken to. Do not recommend!!

STARS. I am HORRIFIED at the service I received today. I had a dress "dry cleaned" by them and kept it in the plastic bag till my next wear. Upon removing it from the bag i noticed NOT ONE STAIN HAD BEEN CLEANED. When I took back to show them, they basically called me a LIAR and they then tried to charge me half the price to re-clean it, as they could get the stains out second time. WHY WERE THE STAINS NOT REMOVED THE FIRST TIME. Absolutely the most disgusting service and customer support I have ever received. When I take a dress to get cleaned I expect it to be CLEANED not more stains added!!!!!!!!

Took a bag in on Monday to ask how much it would cost to have it cleaned. Was quoted a price, when I came back in on Tuesday they did not acknowledge the quote and charged me more! Same bag same week different price.... 

If I had known they could change their mind on quotes I would have left the bag on the first day. 

Not happy.
