Found store staff, Matt and Chloe very helpful and knowledgable about their products. Bought a Hoover Zenith, which is great. The swivel head and LED lights on the hoover head are a fantastic feature, won't be without these two features now. Excellent for picking up dog hair on a wooden floor.

Product quality is underpar. Repair took ages. I encounter 2 sales person. One was fantastic and helpful. The other was playing the pushing game. Been to this store a few times,mainly good customer service.
I actually had a really pleasant experience buying. Staff were friendly and put up with me waiting for payment details over the phone. Godfrey's data collection isn't great though, and they should ensure that it is the case, and that staff know, that you can opt out from providing it.
I am taking my vacuum cleaner in for the third time this month to be repaired, for same problem. Itis only about 2 years old. I do not think that they know what they are doing. I have dealt with Godreys for over 20 years and I was satisfied with their service till the last few years.
