I was very impressed by the salesman Shane. He is definitely a great sales person who spent quite a bit of time with me talking me through the different vacuum cleaners and the best one for myself. For someone like myself who has unfortunately been living with a physical and mental health issues for quite some time, Shane was very understanding and supportive throughout my time with him. I would highly recommend Godfrey’s in Morley if you are looking for a vacuum cleaner or anything else that they have in store that you might be interested in.

I had such a fantastic and genuine experience here, with the two gents helping me to get the best deal! I got my hands on a demo model of a iVac Ultra Light Plus, so that I could afford a better vacuum still within my tiny budget! I highly recommend coming in to chat to them, they are so helpful and will truly make your day. Vacuum still going strong 2 months in! Thanks gents!

Best customer service experience of the year. The Manager and staff of Godfrey's Morley went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They spent hours helping me work out what sort of Vacuum I had and then even swapped the bags that I bought when I made a mistake and tell them the wrong model. Super helpful, very courteous. I will go there first for any of my vacuum cleaning needs from now on. Thank to everyone at Godfrey's Morley!

I vigorously shopped around going from store to store to try and purchase the best vacuum for my needs.  Shane at Godfreys in Morley was the first one to stop, listen to my personal needs and then supply me with the appropriate vacuum.  His customer service went above and beyond what would be considered excellent.  The quality of the product, his knowledge and fantastic service has made me a loyal customer for life! Who thought shopping for a vacuum would be so much fun. Called into Godfrey’s Morley last week as my trusty old vacuum had seen better days.  The staff let me try several vacuums that would be suitable for the types of flooring I have.  They went through pros and cons of the couple that I felt most comfortable using.  I made my final decision and was very happy when I got it home as my old machine I felt I was using a lot of energy for it to do its job, this machine did all the work in less time. Thanks to the staff for making me laugh and listening to what I needed, it was the best customer service I have received in a very long time.

Disgusting service by shafty manager Shane and staff. Bought their faulty vacuum cleaner back FOUR times yet they weaseled their way out of fixing it, even though proven to have issues,  and still under warranty. Was promised an exchange but they never followed through. They made it a totally draining customer service experience. All staff showed no integrity, no idea how they are still in business. Would not deal with them again, and had to proceed to consumer affairs. I'm in business with thousands of customers in the community myself, and have run a company for 20 years so know about customer service ... telling friends in the market for a new vacuum to avoid Godfreys Morley. The number of similar one star reviews and identical comments from unhappy customers here proves it!

One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. The 2 guys in store were cunning and pushy while making you feel like there doing everything possible to help. They said they did open pay but they don't the so called manager had no authority to discount but made me believe he did.basically the stores a joke!!! 2hrs of them trying to con me into buying a vacuum  an I wolk out angrier than I have ever been with no vacuum.

I've never been treated so badly by ANY store. The manager was rude and didn't want to sell me the item I wanted that was on special and he kept trying to sell me something different and more expensive. He didn't let me test the vacuums out even though I saw that they were all plugged in. After he mocked me for having a certain type of vacuum I walked out and he lost a $200 sale As I was going to buy 2. I'd also like to mention the first time I came to this store I was treated horribly as well.  I'm not sure why I ever went back and I fully regret it now. Never ever go here if you want to be treated badly and convinced in to buying bad products. The Godfrey's in Balcatta is the place to go. They know their stuff theyre REALLY friendly and they help you find the vacuums they need.

At first impressions, this is a shop that looks like it belongs in the 90s and in a small centre that looks like it should have closed down long ago.  On the other hand, the lasting impression was fantastic customer service by the young apprentice, a 24 hour turn around for a service to a Henry that went from smelling like old garbage to sweet roses and for a reasonable price of $49.  Will happily go back next time I need to get it serviced.

Rang once and went into store twice, spoke to 3 different people. Needed my ducted vacuum repaired. All 3 men took my name number and address and assured md they would ring me and organise time. Not one of them did, been waiting 6 weeks
