Bought from here on a few occasions, they obviously sell brand name cleaners at supposedly a great price. Handy to have your phone with you to compare pricing on the internet. They typically match the price. Always ask for a discount, they can always say no. They'll show you the vacuum cleaner in action to make a decision. Spare parts and cleaning chemicals are the prices to watch.

Was just there this arvo. range/price: nothing to write home about. service=pathetic. counter staff (bald guy in specs in this case) seem too depressed to even open their mouth and utter a two words together.

Very good range. Staff are good but always trying to sell the expensive stuff. Been there more than 2 times and it was the same. Inquired about a vacuum cleaner that was marked down to $120 from $260+ , sales man says thats not a good machine. If you need a good vacuum must spend at least $250 - $300.

I bought 2 of their machines exactly 1 yr ago and it works wonders, no issue, no problems, no worries so it was a great purchase. Today however, the 2 machines were up to their first ever service. I brought both my machines to the store and was confronted by one tall staff who looked like he was tired, droopy and sloppy. The impression I got from him was like he didn't want to be there. Now, whilst waiting for him to process my service he basically YAWNED in front of me with his mouth wide open on the counter. It was unnecessary and really disrespectful and after dealing with this person I walked out of the store feeling really disgusted by the staff's behavior. I'd fire him right away because I don't want that kind of behavior displayed towards my customers. Awful!!
