Awesome assistance with my new machine !! Helpful & knowledgeable & more importantly " Problem Solvered "
He's got everything...even the obcure and ancient replacement parts.
Very nice to talk to but when I was told I had to pay $50 just to look at my machine before any work would be carried out, I thought this to be a bit steep and not very fair. The repair should be included in this $50 and not added to it. Times are hard guys...haven't you heard this means for everyone.

Great service last time! However this time was asked to make payment, although DeLonghi had arranged work under a warranty claim thanks DeLonghi. Please make sure you don't get asked to pay by Godden Elec.!
