We stopped for dinner here after disappointed from many other restaurants that were fully booked. I was very happy with the food. The set up might not look as great as price on the menu but the serving is big and taste is great. I like that the kitchen is open and we can see the chef while cooking. It was only one chef and one old lady serving. It took a while to get food but amazing Greek food. I really recommend this one.?
It was great food and the prices were okay. We stopped here after other places being shut. It was quiet, only two tables. The food took forever to come out. The husband and wife do the job alone and explained they don't wish to get anyone else as they won't share the same passion about food. Well there may be true but service definetely needs improvement on an otherwise great meal.
Flavours took us straight back to Greece! We ordered a variety of starters, Greek Salad & Moussaka - plenty of food for only the 3 of us but we easily polished it off. Generous portions, great food & service - even had organic wine which one of our group thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely coming back for more
Not a positive experience at all. Love the name of the restaurant, the fun stopped there. The setting did not match the prices, and the service most definitely did not. Admittedly we did not make a booking, but if you can't handle a table of two then say so like the other restaurant we tried did. We were not made to feel welcome at all, and every interaction with the one lady on the floor left us feeling like we were putting her out. She was clearly very busy, but was not being efficient despite this, not clearing plates or making eye contact to see if we needed anything on her way past. The food was okay, but took waaaay too long to arrive, especially considering we ordered simple tapas dishes - we had one plate of chorizo for at least half an hour before the rest arrived. We really would not recommend this restaurant.
Superb again. Fresh like the salad was just picked from the garden. Fresh like the fish was just caught from the ocean. Perfect pairing of delicious ingredients. The chef/owner quietly producing plates of perfection in full view for the diners. I love this restaurant. The baclava was the best I have ever tasted. Not too sweet, perfect texture, pistachio heaven, and subtlely infused with rosewater. Oh, and did I mention the delightful owner/front of house. My idea of a perfect restaurant experience. Thank you.
Over rated. Over priced simplistic/ boring menu Poor service from flustered, unfriendly staff when the place was not full. A let down after having such a great day. Far better places to dine along the street.
Cozy place with a nice atmosphere. The place is very modest. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Ordered starters and main. Very satisfied with the food and the service. I highly recommend this place
Very rude service, the lady told me i eat alot then took our plates from us. Made me feel uncomfterble. Over priced
Great atmosphere and fantastic food, staff were attentive and friendly. Absolutely will go back next time I'm in cowes
Friendly family run restaurant. Food was delicious. Well worth a visit if you're nearby.
