Easy and reliable. The app needs to be downloaded but it is very simple and easy to use. After hours pick up was a breeze, which is what you want after a plane trip. Car was clean and mechanically sound! Returning was as easy as pickup which was the easiest. Highly recommend!!!

Car hire was part of a holiday package booked by an agent We completed the pre-pick up registration via the app. The pick up location was just beyond the ‘airport tax’ perimeter so we did not incur additional charges. Check in/pick up was quick and easy and the lovely assistant offered a few tips on places to visit, since we were heading to an area she was familiar with. Car was perfect for our journey. We returned the vehicle to a different location. Again the process was quick and efficient, and staff were lovely
Recommend this Car Rental company to everyone. Helpful and understanding when we arrived earlier then expected. Shuttle service awesome. Staff very polite A+. The kids loved the sporty C-HR I did too. Great job GoRentals. Will be using GoRenals in the future.
The team at GoRentals Wellington Airport are second to none. I will only ever use GoRentals now. The service is excellent, the cars are immaculate, the locations are easy to get to, the staff are friendly. It really is a package deal and I have yet to have anything to complain about!
First time hiring a car and boy was I surprised how stress free the process was with GoRentals referral from my nephew. Downloaded the app and the step by step instructions on the app were easy to navigate through. Great communication and easy process from start to finish. The car we hired was clean and tidy also nice to drive too. No doubt we will be back to hire in May.
Go Rentals were simply amazing! Following the appaling treatment of its customers by the Interislander ferry company, we were stuck in Wellington with our car and no way to get it to the South Island! This would have totally ruined our holiday. The Go Rentals team though saved the day finding us a new car in Dunedin. They helped us to drop off the first rental at short notice, and arrange the replacement pickup the same day. The process was so smooth and the team were so helpful and responisve. The App worked great, the communications flawless and the cars perfect. They carried over all our insurances and terms. They really made the difference in what was a stressful and difficult situation. Thank you Go Rentals team!

Every aspect of renting a car at Wellington airport was straight forward and efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value.
It was easy to book, the airport pick up was smooth and then dropping the car off two weeks later was a breeze. The person who took care of us what calm, professional and welcoming.
