go girl physique is incredible!! all the staff and members are fantastic, supportive, friendly and encouraging. I joined the warrior goddess programme 10 months ago and have had some incredible results. With working hard in the fantastic group fitness classes and help with nutrition i have managed to lose 6kg and 27cms in 3 months! and its great to have the styku body scanner so you can see your results/ changes. I was pretty scared and nervous to join a gym but once your through the door at go girl Physique you become part of a huge family, they are so welcoming and supportive i cant recommend this gym enough!

I’m a historical Go Girl member, but have been specifically coming in for a monthly Skyku scan for the past four months now. I love the accountability and sense of accomplishment it gives me and it is 100 times better than callipers ever were! Carolynn is always great to work with and the atmosphere at the gym is always a positive one
I LOVE GO GIRL PHYSIQUE! The woman here are welcoming, motivating and just love to have a good time whilst getting a sweat on - what more could you ask for? If you’re a woman in timaru, I cant recommend this enough.
I started with the gym as way to rebuild my body after having neurological problems, since starting I have found the vibe and the support outstanding!!! I have been going 5 days p/w and absolutely love it. I'm able to now put socks on without having to stop midway and take a breath, I can feel my arms at my side and am able to get back to walking my fur babies which was 1 o f my biggest goals. I had my 2nd 3D scan today and I have lost 14cms, and almost 2kg in a space of 4 weeks biggest of thank yous to Carolyn and Olivia aka ADHD on legs without the vibe and support u girls give out I dnt think I would of dug in the way I have
I went into Go Girls and Lizelle showed me how to do a plank safely with having back injury a couple of years ago. She showed me different ways to progress and I am feeling great . Thank you so much.
Cannot say enough amazing things about this gym. They greet you by your name on every visit, remember your personal goals and push you to sweat just a little bit more & work just a little bit harder - all to get you closer to the mental and physical state you are dreaming of. I will be a member for as long as I stay in this area. Please don't hesitate to give it a go if you are looking for a new gym!
