Wow where do I start? Booked a carpet clean for 3 rooms, hallway, stairs and lounge room. Wasn't going to be in the vacant house so I left the key. Happen to come by while the cleaner was there. I had to remind her to do the lounge as she said it wasn't on her paperwork. Then she checked and found that it was on her instructions. I then left, she then left. Get a call from the property manager to say the stairs had not been cleaned at all. When I went back around there I found that indeed the stairs were filthy. I emailed the cleaner directly, she swore she did the stairs - many times.I wasn't getting anywhere with her so I called the state number. Meanwhile I checked the other rooms.....the rooms had only been cleaned throughout the middle and not on the edges. Insect, lollies, fluff, nails etc etc. So she forgot the stairs and didn't vacuum the edges of the rooms. The manager backed her up by saying that she had done the stairs. He also offered for her to come back and do them. I said this was not practical as the lease was up. So I ended up completing the job to the standard I expected. I had also previously booked another appointment at my other house for rugs and lounge to be cleaned by GO CLEAN. I asked if they would be prepared to help out by compensating me on the next scheduled job I had for them. He declined to help out with that with in any way. I replied that I would then have to cancel the job as I had no confidence that it would be completed satisfactorily. He then agreed and suggested I cancel the appointment. We all make mistakes and forget things - like stairs and cleaning edges of rooms, so I was prepared to offer them a way to make amends. But no, they stuck to their story and couldn't see that by offering me something in the next job would have displayed compassion and understanding. Totally disrespectful and really poor service. My suggestion is don't go with a multilevel franchise - go local they seem to value their work.
Please share: I would not recomend this company to anyone. We were stressed about our move and though hiring a cleaner would eleviate some of that stress sadly this was not the case. Rob at Go Clean organised a quote for an exit clean which was an extrodinary price of $500 however, i agreed to pay as an exit clean covers the whole home and leaves the house in a state which allows you to recieve your bond back! so we were lead to believe sadly this wasnt the case, grime on windows, dusty carpets, patchy vents, un-cleaned oven to which they stated they couldnt get the oven un done which we did within 1 minute ourselves door frames dusty...the list goes on... The phone conversations to try and rectify the issues with Rob were deplorable, rude and very un accomodating! hiring this company resulted in my husband and myself needing to re-clean the whole home as it didnt seem to have been cleaned at all! I would hate to see someone else spend their hard earnt money and be treated the way we were!
Rang Go Clean to do a room at my daughter's house, as they are supposed to be stain removal specialists. Explained that the carpet had been left a mess by previous tenant and there was an old beetroot juice stain on the floor. My daughter has contacted me to say that the stain is still there - even though he charged the extra $25 for stain removal. Apparently he told her to try 'a cotton bud and some bleach'. Seriously, I paid an 'expert' $25 extra for this sage piece of DIY advice? She said there are still pink stains there as well, which she thinks are make-up. My daughter had to dash to the bank to get cash out my mistake as I thought she had a Visa Debit card; she said it took her about 10 minutes. This is the message she sent me: well, I came back with the cash and I was like "yeah I'm really sorry about that", and he didn't say anything, and then he was looking through his bag to give me change it was $104 and I pulled out $120 he was like "sorry I don't have a dollar, but normally I would charge another $25 for the wait" Yep, well I guess the extra $25 for the non-stain removal can be for that then. You're welcome.
GO Clean are excellent. Great communication with phone quotes and answered all my questions, showed up on time, fast service and a great result. They talked me through the condition of the carpet and my options with cleaning. The result was first class!
I managed to walk some waterproofing paint over my new carpet. I thought it was ruined. Go Clean sent a man round within hours of me calling. With all his contraptions he managed to completely remove the paint and get the carpet looking new again. I was so relieved. Thanks.
Absolutely amazing. carpets were trashed after a big holiday period and how could i go past four rooms for $100! On time, done with no fuss and servicr with a smile :
I really don't understand why people give them so high rating here. But my most recent experience was terrible. The guy was so rude and just tried to finish his job as soon as possible and move on to the next one to make more money. After he has gone, the carpet was still not cleaned properly.They are cheap for reason.
had these guys out a few times now for rental carpet that was horrible and not treated before we got in as is the usual service from an agent/previous tenant and am more than happy with results each time so will be doing again for our end of lease clean. cant fault them!

Had Go Clean in to do my carpets and was very surprised to see that they actually removed the stains instead of moving them about,the service was friendly, on time and value for money the proffesional attitude impressed me the most i would definately recommend them and will use them again :-
