The worst service I've received in NZ, my Nissan car's auto sliding door has a problem, my friend recommended to go to Gluyas and look for technician K****, this guy quoted me $1600 to change the unit with a brand new part, I thought it was too expensive and asked them if they can get a used part/unit, they asked me to wait for their phonecall, after 2 days, I hadn't received the phonecall, but I found the part from Trademe, which only costs $100+ dollars, I went back to them, they were quite upset and still suggested me to use their used part ($350), I said I would take the risk of buying a part from trademe, just need them to install it back, they finally agreed. So I bought the part from trademe, and went back to ask them to install, the guy K*** was not around, the receptionist noted down my name and contact and said K**** will call me back, again I never received the phonecall, I went back to look for him, he had a look at the unit I bought from trademe, and said there is a small problem with the unit (actually it is still usable), he refused to use it and still recommended to use their unit($350), I said okay and agreed to use their unit, again he asked me to wait for their call, again the third time I never received the call, finally I get someone else to fix the problem with my "problem" unit and now it works fine. I'll never go back to this dealer and recommend not to use them. Worst experience ever. BTW, they are very expensive.
