Team at Glow Worm is fantastic. Can't help you enough, professional and nice, including shop dog. They are the official distributor and service centre for Mercedes N+ Ebikes. I'm very happy with mine.
Having been told to drop off the bike for repair - I pushed it 2 kilometres to the shop only to be informed they’d ‘prefer’ not to fix is as they are focusing on electric bikes now. I’ve had disappointing experiences at glow worm in the past but thought I’d give them one more go. More fool me. There are far better bike repair shops in close proximity. Today was my last dealing with Glow wWorm. Not recommended.
Bought a second hand Focus with a fazua drive. Rang Glow Worm, for service advise, who were a delight to deal with. I didnt buy the bike from them but they were really helpful. Highly recommend

Jess, Chris and the team are AWESOME! The customer service is excellent. The advice, knowledge and workmanship is professional. Chris and the team assisted me with replacing a tire for my e-scooter even though e-scooters are not part of their product range. This is testimony to their customer service. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an e-bike!
A few days ago we bought a second hand family cargo ebike from glow worm. They were super fast at getting back to me. I even had questions answered through the text line at 8pm on a Sunday I didn’t expect to hear back until business hours. I must have spoke to just about all the staff in the store with the amount of questions I had, everyone was so lovely and helpful. We are stoked with our bike and would happily shop here again

Huge thanks to Mish, Paul and Jess for being so helpful and SO lovely toward our unorganised and somewhat chaotic family throughout the past few days/weeks. Our family and especially our kids absolutely love the Bakfiets Cargo bike we bought from these guys. We can't thank you enough!
