It really depends who you get. The first time I went it was fantastic, she did my brows amazing and was really careful and took her time but today she was sick so I had another girl and I wasn't as happy but the receptionist didn't seem to care. Lovely people and definitely worth going but I recommend finding someone you like and sticking with them.

Had a Calis removal treatment that was ok, but expected better results. I was quoted incorrectly, which I paid for at the time, but  questioned a few days later. Appalling reply, no apology or explanation. Won’t be retuning!!

I got a hydration peel a few months back. I have sensitive skin and can react to different products. I was told this one will be fine. It started stinging quiet badly so I told the therapist. I was told it's meant to tingle. I said no it's stinging. The therapist said that it means my skin is dehydrated and this was fine. When the peel was taken off my skin was red and sore. I wouldn't recommend this place.
