I like that the chain has updated their menu from just boring coffees. Now offer a variety of caffeinated and non caffeinated drinks. Iced drinks and smoothies available, cakes and pastries are also on the menu. The service here is good, and not a long wait. The cafe is also conveniently located in front of the playground area for the little kids.

Good coffee but but expensive compared to other coffee shops. Good place to have brunch while your kids can play in Play area in front of coffee shops. Nice interior and sitting arrangement.

Gloria jeans perform as they always have done. It's good to be able to go to a place and know what you're going to get. No surprises.... on the other hand, this can lead to a bit of boredom... this is outweighed by the good quality products at least luckily   Vegetarian options: Average level of vegetarian options.... which as far as things go in the industry, the average is still pretty low!! But this area is always getting better year by year.

I normally love Gloria Jean's and it's close to me so if I can get it when out I do. However I was totally disappointed with harbour town. I ordered from the movie range - jaffa and it certainly did not look like the picture, looked half empty and they had forgotten things. Then I asked what they had in salted caramel and they wasn't sure when I found something on the menu they had to check it could be done. While waiting another lady ordered and said she would be outside, the cashier acknowledge this but when the order was done they called once -hard to hear inside and so that order got cold until we the customer told the outside customer that it was ready. I will go to coffee club when at harbour town now. These are not cheap drinks that I want to risk paying for poor quality again. Also the tables are not kept clean.

The waitress was lacking customer service skills, we were also called to collect our own food when we were dining in. Drink was good until I finished drinking it and there’s a dead fly at the bottom, cake was also stale. Don’t recommend

Ordered a decaf flat white and it had hardly any coffee in it. Brought it back for an extra shot and it wasn't much better. The "barista" said decafs are like that.  Also took ages to make the coffee.Food: 2/5

Indian owners are terribly rude, worst coffee I've ever had and ham and cheese crossaint hardly heated through, will not be back

Service was poor. Had to repeat everything we ordered. Had to collect our own food which was placed next to an open bin in the counter. Bugs flying around the food. Yuck. Though the food and beverage was ok. Felt like I was at an OTR. When there is 5 of you and you spend $60 you expect a little better.

Yes! Good. We were there around 9:30 in the morning. A bit early. We were there, coffee was good. We had a nice something to eat. Watched someone interviewing some prospects for something. Very unobtrusive. Hey! Have a coffee and look at the world go by for a few minutes. It's nice!

I must say the coffee was good here. It was above my expectations for sure.
