Horrible... I take a mix berry smoothie and a ham and cheese toast. The most disagrable think I never eat before. The toast was sour and the smoothie tasted water.
Staff are so rude here. They ignore you and talk to one another while you wait to order. Thought it would have changed since the last time I was here but hasn’t at all.
Not open when indicated online, with no note or sign to say why/ when they would be open. I go to Gloria jeans for convenience and not much more so, dome it is I guess

Store not accepting cash, store not serving certain cold coffees due to having no ice. Doesn’t look great when you see these signs on the front counter. Also I find the staff rude and short tempered, server walked away from us because we mentioned another coffee merchant, how about turn on your sales drive and offer another alternative.
What a shambles ! Black tablecloth covering food cabinet - both staff didn’t have a clue at 10am if chai was sweet or spicy. No fresh food to order - why are they still operating ??
Got a Kit Kat chiller. It was terribly made, not even mixed. The Kit Kat wasn’t even fully crushed to get in the shake. On top of the shake was the Kit Kat full pieces and at the bottom, Ice, no ratio of milk to Kit Kat. It was disgusting. Ridiculous service. Their paying register wasn’t working. Worst chiller I have ever had in my life. Gross and disgusting way it was made!!!
Terrible experience. Waited over 10 minutes for a cup of iced hot chocolate. Only 2 workers were rostered during the lunch rush. Not entirely the worker’s faults as they seemed inexperienced and barely knew the functions of the till. When we received our drink it just tasted of pure milk with no additives.
Yeah everything no worry's few people waiting for their orders but stuff seemed to having everyone's going accordingly
Great place if your a coffee drinker,a variety of coffee's eg.Latte's,Long Black N Short Black Coffee's etc.Also a range of smoothies.Serves Breakfast also,that's some of the things they dells in there,just a little bit for your imaginations.I recommend that U should go N try it for yourself or with your friends.
