I never have anything bad to say about this company

The coffee my daughter bought for me was scalding hot, and was not made correctly as per the order at all. Which was really disappointing

Young man behind counter was very abrupt, quite rude in his attitude. Heard him also speak to other staff member in an abrupt way. No smile or any polite inter action with any of the customers - Very poor attitude. Needs to pick his act up.

Very impersonal not friendly staff and coffee was cold

Always enjoy the service & coffee at Gloria's Kippa-Ring, make my coffee as asked, no problems, knowing their regulars, lots of laughs with staff & customers....enjoy going there.

Not bad, great coffee choices and friendly staff the decor may need an update though
