Quality product and service with a smile. Excellent coffee and croissants and cakes and the customer friendly approach is fantastic. We spent several hrs their to arrange a hire car etc. The team members who served us went out of their way to deliver excellent service for the entire time - I could see many satisfied regular customers and the attention to detail and personalise approach to each order/customer is something to be commended.
burnt my crossaint to the point it was black and wasn’t edible, how can you work in food service and not even be able to toast a crossaint??
0 star service I experienced today between 1.45 & 1.55. Stood here today for almost 8 minutes at the counter waiting to be served, two staff members on, one male in a beanie making coffee who was less than a metre away from me and completely ignored me. Another female who was washing up out the back, made eye contact with me on arrival and continued to ignore me and not serve. Literally, nobody served me. I stepped forward to the counter twice and attempted to make eye contact again. I ended up walking away. What the hell kind of service is that?!? Those two staff members need new jobs. Foul attitudes.
We went here last Thursday . It was filthy and the two staff working there were just standing around talking. There were zero customers except for us and after having a very bad coffee i understand why. The girl that took our order and made it was very unfriendly and i got the impression she would of rather been anywhere else. Someone needs to tell the staff that a smile along with a hello and thankyou work wonders. Thank goodness not all Gloria Jeans are like this one.

I love Gloria Jean's so my rating is comparing this franchise with other GJ stores.. coffee was good but could have been better prepared.. the outlet itself is obviously a kiosk setup within a mall.. but has places to sit, which weren't clean enough.. service was good but again could have been even better..
I ordered a soy mocha and the girl was more then happy to put extra chocolate in for me. All staff were nice to deal with and quick to get the coffees out.

Coffee is so-so, but the chillers are absolutely perfect on a hot summer's day. Good service, staff are always friendly.
Friendly staff, quick service and delicious drinks! Definitely recommend the caramel chiller, or creme brulee latte
