We go all the time, and have never had any issues The humans that work here are so unbelievably lovely, and always serve you with a smile!
I go here almost daily and the coffee is really consistent which is great. Today there was a person on drive through who was really abrasive and rude. When I placed my order she told me “You need to talk louder” I understand it can be difficult to hear sometimes, however I have worked in customer service for 15 years and there are better ways to frame that request and avoid your customer feeling dejected. At the window she held the eftpos machine out without saying anything and then passed me my coffee and walked away. I haven’t left a review before but this morning left such a bad taste in my mouth not the coffee, as always it was excellent.
Hours are terrible. Needs to be open after 2pm whole family misses out on their way back from work
Old owners were great, but since its been taken over, every visit is a disappointment. They either don't have food thats on the menu, or the coffee is luke warm and weak. I'd forgive it if it was a one off, but its been pretty much every time since new owners. Quite a shame as its very convenient having a drive thru.

I usually go to another local cafe but they weren't in service, so I tried Gloria Jeans drive thru. I ordered a regular dirty chai with soy milk, where at the other local cafe, usually charge between $5-$5.50. Gloria Jeans charged me $7.10 AND it was the worst tasting chai latte I've ever had. I wouldn't usually mind how much I pay for a coffee, as long as it is decent. But I couldn't even finish this one. I also don't normally write reviews but both the price and the quality of this is appalling.
Trading hours advertised must be wrong. It’s always closed
The most expensive coffee in the area and 50% of the time get the most simple order wrong. We've had so many coffees where they've forgotten to add sugar for example, or we're given a cappuccino instead of a latte. It's a bit hard going back for a replacement when you've already driven off. We return for the convenience factor of the drive through only. Please pick up your game so we can get our money's worth.
I often go to the North richmond drive through because the hours of business were convenient. But the business hours keep changing. Originally i think it was open until 11pm and then it changed several times. Every time i go there it has changed again and is closed when i get there. I went there tonight thinking i had plenty of time getting there at 640pm because it closes at 7pm only to find it already closed. I understand if it is not worthwhile being open later hours but when people drive out of their way only to find it shut is bad for business also. So what are the actual hours of business now. Do you close at 630pm or what?
Even though the girls were still in the process of opening up the shop early in the morning they still got my coffee made for me in quick time.
