Great coffee at this spacious store with friendly staff and views of Narrabeen lake.
Gloria Jeans coffee used to taste like mud. Actually that's giving mud a bad name. However they must have had a change in ownership recently and/or coffee making process because the coffee here is actually pretty good now. Food pricing is on the high side in my opinion which is why they lose a star, but definitely can now recommend the coffee.
Gloria Jeans Coffee is an amazing place to go to have a delicious coffee and to hangout with friends. Not only is there an atmosphere but the staff are super friendly and are always super helpful and kind : Strongly recommend to anyone :
Purchased a chicken and mayo panini $9... went to heat it up for lunch 2 hours later ...it was 2 days past the use by date....took it back was told they get them delivered daily... 1. Can’t believe they don’t make it fresh shocked actually 2. So they received product 2 days past use by then on sold it....! REALLY???? Wow was told sorry and given my money back..THATS IT???? Will never return to any of these stores ...call yourself a cafe? Don’t deserve to be in business if this is your business model/practices.

Dirty. They desperately need to mop and replace the upholstered seats. Their biscuits were stale. Staff were nice
