It's a Gloria Jean's coffee shop. Very clean, great coffee, quick polite and friendly service. Not the cheapest coffee place around but they make a very good coffee. If you don't want to be disappointed with a cheap, nasty coffee that tastes like burnt mud, be prepared to pay that little bit extra and you will be assured that you will get a great tasting coffee here. Highly recommended Kid-friendliness: Kids like this stuff Parking: Lots of parking if you can find a car spot Wheelchair accessibility: You can access this shopping centre with a wheelchair if you like

Undrinkable bitter dishwater. 1 x cappuccino, 1 x caramel latte. I was so disappointed as GJ is my favourite coffee. Too late to take it back as I'd already driven away. Straight down the drain x 2!!! Muffin was delicious.

Dont buy coffee at this establishment....asked for seniors discount and they gave 1% off...when asked why only 1% the owner said they only give 2% because their coffe had not increased in price....but they only gave 1%....would not go back to this shop...
We had a latte and chocolate milk shake, the coffee was bitter, and no sugar as was requested. The milkshake was just drinking chocolate and milk and ice. The lady that was serving was very grumpy and unfriendly, and could not bother to smile. And there muffins are not fresh, as she took them out the fridge and was unpacking them. Will never go here again.!!! It take 2 sec to smile and be friendly to your customers
Once they messed up my order. I ordered for a hot chocolate and got a mocha truffle but fortunately i liked it and ever since then I've been ordering that. There is this one lady with harry potter glasses hehehe....dont know her name. She remembers my order when i reach there. All staffs are friendly. Definitely a place to grab a coffee while waiting for your next bus.
Yesterday,I went there to order something to drink after a very tired day! I was feeling bit dizzy. it was Saturday and near to closing time! Still this young boy of the counter was very kind and stopped his work and helped me to make my order by even giving suggestions! And they made it with care and it was very delicious! Such an incredible customer service!!! And thank you!
The barista tried to froth the milk without a thermometer but I think she still needs it. Can’t rate the actually coffee because my tastebuds are burnt clean off.
They do an awesome cappuccino! The Original coffee blend is the best, if you like strong coffee! It may be a chain, but you can’t knock their coffee!
