Good atmosphere. Cold AC + good coffee. Often come here after work at 3 to chill
Pleasant staff, but the wait time is yet to be desired. Took 10 minutes for a mediocre coffee and the store only had one other customer and three staff member. The store is however clean and tidy.
Meh, I keep trying different Gloria jeans across Australia but can never seen to be able to buy a decent cup of coffee that isn't warm milk. Food is okay, nothing special. Table's where sticky and when I asked for a cloth to wipe it down I had to wait 5 mins for them to bring it out
Gloria Jeans Domain is by far my favorite and many, many others, to grab a Coffee in Townsville. "Let me explain"... If you love the Gloria Jeans signature coffee taste and their premium beans, then this little cafe will buzz your taste buds to coffee heaven. Marianna and her skilled barristers have nailed the art of delivering a premium coffee time and time again. Her passion for over delivering the best experience possable for all her customers is an prime example of why this is one if the most popular hubs for coffee lovers here in Townsville. You know how a quality coffee should look like and how it should feel when you taste it, this café over delivers. Too many barristers loose their passion when they work at a cafés. Not at this place, I love watching the staff enjoying themselves in this cafe, such a vibe atmosphere and it shows in the presentation of the coffee and taste. Owh and the food, "Amazeballs"! But don't just take my word for it... Go there now and check it out for yourself!

The option of several roasts is refreshing to see, but with no table service, disposable paper plates and cups, and under-cleaned tables, I have limited interest in returning.
The staff are lovely and you get served quite quickly. Overall when there is few people in there it is nice to sit. Gets loud fairly quickly.
