Customer service is excellent would go there more often however its a bit out of my way when I travel to work.
Burnt coffee, microwaved food & disposable cutlery/crockery. Staff are friendly enough, but everything else was very poor quality.

I usually experience a very low standard of customer service here however, one friendly and professional staff member made one of the best Mochas I've ever had on the planet and I travel. Served with a smile. Hope they can retain good staff. 2021 update, passive aggressive customer service continues.
Every time we happen to stop in at this Gloria Jeans the service is just amazing! The staff are so kind, lovely and always indulge my kids aged 2 and 5 in conversation and laughs
