I ordered chai tea latte and cappuccino and both of them was not good. Staff service was good. I don’t know about other food item, how they are, whether they taste good or not but their two item which I ordered was not good. I think they have to focus on improving the process of making coffee and latte. Overall experience was not good.
I purchase Chai latte today from the Gloria shop. But sorry to say…. It was the most bad Taste Chai latte , I have ever in my life. Literally I don’t know the lady on service has any care about order. Very unprofessional attitude and service. Will not recommend Stanhope gardens shop to anyone.
The service is always amazing. I go every morning and am always met with a smile. My half strength almond latte is always perfect. Gloria Jeans Stanhope Gardens is the perfect way to start each day for me.
Stay away unless you are ok with waiting 10 minutes for a cap and 15 for a sausage roll with only 2 or 3 other customers in line. It is not that they are crowded or busy; it's just that they are soooo slooooowww
Staff ignore you if they don’t want to serve you. Then don’t smile or look at you when ordering.
Coffee is hit and miss, more often a miss. The coffee from the picture is large cappuccino, I suspected it’s not right as it started spilling from the cup while I was walking. Quite disappointing considering you specialise in coffee. Wouldn’t go there again
The staff here really need to learn how to make a coffee they have zero skills as a barista. They burnt the coffee how hard is it to do an espresso really? Train your staff!

Got a white choc mocha today. Tasted more like hot water than anything. No coffee taste whatsoever. The staff really need training in making coffee here !! Always tell myself never to buy coffee here again but I give in every now and then hoping it would change but never does!
My favourite coffee and my favourite people. Great staff.Food: 5/5
