Very poor service, person at the till didn't smile. Asked for the advertised cold brew but got given iced long black.
I’ve never had a problem at their Morley cafe. I usually get served by a lovely lady who is so nice and compliments me every time I see her. I wouldn’t choose another store over this one.
Super friendly staff, always make a great coffee.
Horrible people. Messed up our order. Had no interest in rectifying it gave my 4 yr old a smoothy with the lid not on correctly spilling it all over her. He didn’t give a toss. No wonder your star rating is so low.
Horrible customer service. Kept on huffing underneath breath.
Extremely rude customer service. Bad personal hygeine one of the stuff there.
Extremely disapointed with the quality and taste of an 'iced chai chiller' at an over priced $7.30, it tasted terrible, I went to complain, no apologies no offer to rectify. If there was a 0 star, they would have received it. Try somewhere else, unless you want a cup of extreme disappointment.
Come on guys! I was told for the second time that I couldn't redeem my esipper points and that I would still earn points anyway. This is false, I checked my account and there are no points earned from here!!
