Attention Director of Globe.nI went into your outlet in Port Melbourne this morning. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Aaron. I was wandering around in my own world. Instead of him helicopter-ing me, he held back, giving me the space I needed to look at your stock. When I said “do you have” this “, he knew immediately where it was, and his knowledge of where items were, impressed me greatly. I ended up spending more than I anticipated, this was 100% Aaron’s doing. I have an issue with clothing body image etc, he made me feel normal. Thank you Aaron, and to the people that employed him, well done.
went in today, such a nice shop, super clean, nice vibe, well organized. good deals going on atm. +rep for one of the workers having peak jazz and dire straits music taste.
Very friendly and helpful customer service. The shop has the best deals. I would visit again if I am in the area.
