I've always experienced great customer service here. Yes, the food is typical campus cafe food-- which is pretty decent. When you're hungry on campus, it's convenient.

The girls were too enjoy to chat with each other to pay attention to the customers' orders. One overcast morning, I again failed to get my Soy Flat White. Luckily, this time it was a Flat White, not a MOCHA, and there was no extra charge on me. Another depressing Monday started when I failed to get the coffee I wanted.

They burn their coffees. The food is great but expensive. The Italian Society MQ meets there each week giving out free coffee.

Good value for food and drinks, great range of teas

Free cutlery, but mediocre food.
