My sister is a massive Doctor Who fan and to be honest was a little disappointed that like 80% of their Doctor Who merchandise is only available online. I placed an order through their website for 7 items only two weeks before Christmas and was surprised to receive an email the day after I placed the order to let me know it had been packed and was on its way. I received the items not even a week after the order was placed so was very impressed as being so close to Christmas I didn’t think I would receive it till after the new year. I have been in those store a few times to buy stuff for my sister and the staff have always been helpful and very pleasent to deal with.

Had problems recently with an internet purchase from these guys. To their credit they solved the problem quickly and effectively. Its easy to be a good store when things run well but a true indication of a great store is how they deal with negative issues and these guys handle things really well. I would highly recommend Global Gear and I know I'll be a return customer.
