Horrible!!!!! My sister in law got her hair done, she has dark hair and wanted to lighten it after her first baby 2 months earlier. She walked out crying, there was no difference except they gave her regrowth. I'm no hairdresser but I could have done better job with supermarket product (as I came over same night). On top they use Sunsilk shampoo & conditioner and tried to lie about it saying they only refilled it with there usual product because the other bottles broke. She spent 2 hours in salon they urged with her first, then she walked out after paying... soo upset and half her hair still wet. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Do not spend your money here. They have no idea what they are doing.

My wife went it to get blonde foils done. She came home In tears with her hair looking like a mess with 4 different colours including what looks like a grey. Took over 4 hours. She said the lady was looking worried the whole time she was doing it. She paid $200 for this because she was to upset to argue with them. Now has to find someone to fix the mess.
