I had a very disappointing experience today at the station's help centre.nnI lost my phone at the station, and several people told me they had seen me accidentally drop it there. When I went to the help centre to collect it, I provided detailed information to prove that the phone belonged to me. I told the staff member the phone model, colour, and even showed that I knew there was a photo of my mother inside the phone cover.nnDespite providing all of this information, the staff member refused to return the phone and spoke to me in a very rude manner. She raised her voice at me and demanded the phone PIN. Unfortunately, I could not remember the PIN at that moment, but I provided multiple other pieces of evidence showing that the phone was mine.nnI understand that staff need to verify ownership before returning lost property, but there is no reason to treat people disrespectfully. After living and travelling in Melbourne for the past three years, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.nnI hope the station reviews how lost property cases are handled and reminds staff to treat customers with courtesy and respect.nnYou may want to add the station name and date before posting the review.
Great amount of parking for peak hour users. Try to get there before 7.30am for closer parks though. PSO’s at this station are great, they’ll look out for you whilst you walk tl your car as soon as it gets dark.
Very modern station now. Especially with Lift Upgrades being carried out. Carpark close by. PSOs very friendly as well. Worth a 100 stars
I've spent more than 5 minutes waiting at the level crossings on many occasions, often resulting in missing my bus to work. I'm glad it's going.
Use daily. Toilets are never clean. Always no paper to dry hands with.
