I always choose this place for my family and myself. doctor El Ali, Dr Saeeda and Dr Javeria are quite knowledgeable, helpful and know their patients.
Friendly, kind and professional reception and staff. Extremely understanding of children with special needs. My experiences with the three main Docters have always been very positive and professional. This is the only medical center I use for myself and my entire family, after trying several in the area over the years. I highly recommend this clinic.
What a wonderful clinic. The receptionist is a friendly and amazing women. The doctor was very understanding, caring and attentive with my school aged son. Managed to see the doctor, get and X-ray, come back and get the results and all before I had to go and pick up daughter from school. Couldnt have been happy with the service. Was the first time I went and will definitely go back. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone in the area. Thankyou staff!
It does depend on the doctor you get. Too many share personal opinion rather than professional but there are a few who are professional. The reception staff are friendly and fair, and the nurses are the same. The biggest issue i would have, is that they rarely make appointments, its a "first in, first seen" clinic, so you can spend a bit of time waiting. A lot of clinics operate like this now days though. I have been using this clinic for over 5 years now, and have been given no reason to change.
Extremely unfriendly receptionist. I brought my toddler for a doctor visit and the receptionist was highly insensitive towards us as my daughter was crying. She asked us to wait outside and not disturb her. What does she expect from a toddler anyway! Very disappointing! I would think twice before visting the clinic again.
if i could i'd leave 0 stars, took my ill mother earlier today to see a doctor, and Dr.Wilson was the only doctor available. After waiting it was finally time to see him and he was nothing but rude and inconsiderate. His body language just showed he either didn't enjoy his job or he didn't want to take good care of us. My mother was in a great deal of pain and instead of showing some sort of sympathy and care, he was rude and even made a smart comment towards her. He just wasn't interested and didn't seem like he cared the slightest. Once we were finished, as we were leaving we still thanked him for his lousy helped, and were ignored on all occasions. Next time if theirs no other doctor available i'd rather suffer in pain and not see this man again, not acceptable!
Very unfriendly receptionist.I couldnt give Minus.My wife went in here today after booking online for an appointment but then she was ignored and threatened to be dismissed from clinic for questioning why the appointment system was not considered. Management should take necessary action on this either to stop such bookings in booking engine,keep a clear board in the reception for which doctor bookings are allowed or not allowed.Very frustrating and very annoying that for asking question we are threatened. Bad...... Regards Raj
Friendly reception staff. The Doctor I got couldn't give a stuff about me. Dr How long... Pretty much just asked how much time I would like off then told me to go home and rest. Offered nothing for pain relief.

Pathology testing available for patrons of the clinic. Diabetes educator, Physiotherapy and psychiatry times available by appointment only. Childhood immunisations available here. Toilets available.
I think doctors are really good and the patients are getting looked after very well.if appointments are taken save so much time for the patients .other than that receptionist are well supportive attend to our needs all the time
