My partner and I recently visited Glenorchy Library to print some important documents, and we were incredibly impressed with the service we received.nUnfortunately, the public printers were down at the time, but the staff went above and beyond to help us. Not only were they able to assist with printing our documents, but they also helped us with witnessing and signing a statutory declaration, which was something we weren't expecting and greatly appreciated.nFrom the moment we walked in until the moment we left, every staff member was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They regularly checked in to see if we needed any assistance and were more than happy to help with any questions we had.nIt's rare to experience such consistently excellent customer service, especially when I believe some of the staff are volunteers and not paid employees. Highly recommended!

Well located, clean, wifi ok, electric plugs and some tables to work although it's limited despite the amount of space available. Good idea to put it at the same place as service tasmania.nThe opening times make it hard to actually use for people who have regular jobs! Very little availability in the weekend and closing early on weekdays but still nice to have
Just be careful with parking outside. They might give you a ticket within a minute you get off your car if you are parking in a permit zone.nThey are literally waiting there to give the ticket.
Small library, clean and tidy and limited off street parking. Staff seem to be helpful but no really knowledgable.nnThe library is located opposite to shopping centre and close to other amenities.
