Have been going for 10 years, and they haven't disappointed us, excellent food. Haven't been for ages, until now. Very sad looking restaurant now, sad renos, new owners, horrible food, never again.
Horrible food so bad we couldn't eat it. Worst Chinese food I've ever had.
I ordered, on Menulog, $71 worth of food, got overcharged for each of the 3 meals much more than the restaurants menu ie $5 more on Menulog, for each meal = $15.00, plus $7 delivery. I asked the restaurant why we didn't get the usual bonus prawn crackers when spending over $60. They said they have to pay commission to Menulog. Surely the extra $15 covers the commission and 1 packet of prawn crackers don't cost that much. The quality of the food wasn't good. Not happy
Food was substandard and overall not a good quality. Didn’t like the sauces at all plus it was overpriced and the compared to Greenwood Chinese it doesn’t rate.
I had the lemon chicken batter boneless and it was the best lemon Chinese I ever had a month ago. To the point my partner are ordering again tonight. Sauce was is sweet but not sicking and was just perfect.
Food was delivered early and hot. The delivery driver was courteous. The 2 chicken dishes were well cooked and tasted great. It was a bit disappointing to order special fried rice to get a dish with what seemed to have a lot of frozen? peas, corn and carrot and very small amount of scrap meat - the prawns were in small chuncks rather than the normal whole. Also the sweet and sour sauce was more brown in colour than I'm used to, and tasted like it had soy sauce I'm used to it being a pinkish red.
Combination omelet contained one little shrimp and a piece of pork fat oh and 2 peas and some sprouts. I think? The steamed rice was mushy… seriously! The chilly pork was carrot, chunks of green capsicum, celery heaps of onion and 2 x pieces of chewy pork and no pork crackers.I don’t have take out very often and was so looking forward to it.sorry never again.
The worst Chinese I've ever tasted! The sweet and sour chicken didnt even look or taste like chicken and the batter tasted terrible plus the sweet and sour saucet was tasteless. The fried rice was ok but thats being generous. Stay away from this place.
Ordered food for delivery and made a mistake with delivery times Yes my Mistake. Called them up immediately to be put onto a rude employee who said they had almost completed the order and they wanted paying. Considering i had placed the order 2 minutes prior to calling them, the food is either re heated leftovers or microwaved to have been cooked by then. Unfortunately i had used a pre pay service site so i had already paid for this. Will avoid at all costs next time and would give 0 stars if i could.
