Visited Glenelg Beach at night and it was absolutely peaceful and refreshing . The sound of the waves, cool breeze, and calm atmosphere made it perfect to relax and unwind . The night lights along the shore added to the beauty, creating a soothing and scenic view . A wonderful spot for quiet moments and capturing beautiful photos and videos. Highly recommended
Great holiday feeling here, different from most of the other beaches in the Adelaide area being of a quiet setting.. Great many restaurants, cafes , hotels, always something going on at the beach. Trams end and start here. Lots of shops, fashion shops, food centres etc. lovely streets. Safe beaches with lifeguarding.nJetty.. grassland near beach, taps and showers, and public loos.
Beautiful seaside area easily accessible from Adelaide city centre, preferably on the tram. Large expanse of wide sandy beach with shallow, calm water for bathing. Nice eateries around and a variety of shops to visit down the main street. Great for a day trip!
Beautiful beach… old school pier which is lovely.nThe beach is huge so you’ll not have to fight for space. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes a minute walk away which are all very popular. There’s a lot to see in this quaint area. If you’re looking for accommodation then I highly recommend oaks, ask for a beach side view and enjoy the amazing sunset!
