Though today wasn’t a sunny day and very windy, lots of people still went there to enjoy their day off. I bet it’s very fun and relaxing for watching their kids running around or sitting on the beach. It’s a place where people can find their inner peace.
You'll find lots of bars and restaurants to enjoy your day besides of all the shops. Whether you're here to relax and get soaked in the sun and enjoy the clean view of the sea or spending time to enjoy the restaurants and bars, the Glenelg beach is the right place for you.
Awesome place to visit for a walk, to eat, or to just chill. Lovely sunset views. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The playground is good too for kids to burn some energy. They also have a small water park beside the playground with water slides, which I think operates only in Summers. Public toilets are available and easily accessible. The facilities were clean and have special accessibility facilities. They are located between the playground and water slides.nnHighly recommend a visit to Glenelg.
Very accessible by bus or trams. This place is a vibe. Whether walking near the beach or chilling at the bars, it has a lot to offer to tourists to enjoy their time away. I grabbed a cocktail and enjoyed the view.
Mostly crowded full with young vibes. Easy transport available from the city either through a tram or bus, takes only 30min. Very good walkways suitable for a calming evening walk or jogging.
