I bought a Herald-Sun newspaper from this agency a few weeks ago and when I got home I discovered the middle 30 pages were missing. When I raised it with the proprietor nexct time I was in he said he would raise it with Herald-Sun if I wished. He should have offered me a replacement or a refund. That is very poor customer relations indeed. He has lost my regular Tattersalls purchases etc all for the small price of doing the right thing. . I will never return there.
