Very slow and laid back staff in the factory.nGirls at the front are very good in booking up your orders.nnYou will be waiting a minimum of 20-30 min to get any hardware from these guys.nnDandenong store is much more on the ball with there customer service.nnAs I’m a local, I need to use the Derrimut factory, I’ve put up with this from day 1.nnVery poor.
Extremely poor customer service. Manager is not interested in faulty workmanship. Our glass arrived bent / had a twist in it and they are not interested in taking any ownership or even having a look at it. Would defiantly not recommend and will be telling a lot of others in the industry to stay away from this company
Worst service in the industry! A company who do not take accountability for the mistakes they make.nnI had an order they entered and delivered wrong twice and they forced me to pay a courier to send it back to them to get a credit.nnDon't take the risk using Glass Outlet, go with Fethers or CRL who not only have great product but great service. I gave this company a chance and I 100% regret it.
Great Service. Krystal and Vivian always look after us and nothing is too hard for them. Highly recommended
