Service & Treatment could have been better, especially from the owner so she says we ordered quite a bit of food for lunch, as we drove 2 hours out for a short stay. One of our orders was the steak sandwich. Unfortunately was too chewy & not eatable. I spoke with the waiter in private & quietly & asked for it to be replaced. He was incredible! Unfortunately though... the owner approached us rudely stating 'we have had many orders today & nobody has complained, we can replace it BUT you still need to pay for it as there is nothing wrong with the steak?!' Seriously I couldn't believe my ears! To add, the fish & chips weren't cooked on the inside & one us got really sick after it was eaten. I won't explain what happened next..it simply won't justify anything. Thanks for your hospitality, but we won't be returning.
Great service! We ordered Porterhouse & fish and chips. The portion of food was just nice and the salad was yum! It's always a bonus when there's a courtyard that's pet friendly. Will definitely come back.
Loved the cafe style. The meals were quite enjoyable all around. Coffee was good too. Would go back if passing through the area again.
We were resuming our journey to Lake Crackenback, however decided to have breakfast and coffee to kick start our trip. We were the first customers for the 16th January and were warmly greeted at the entrance. Service was great and the breakfast wonderful as well. Recommended
Was in there area for a nice holiday and came across this nice looking cafe. My family and I were greeted kindly and was properly escorted to a suitable sized table for my family. After a short time, we were greeted by a nice, kind lady who was very patient with my family’s orders. I’d say that was amazing customer service. After another short time span our food and my coffee was served. I got Eggs Benedict with Bacon and a Regular Hazelnut Latte which I must say was amazing quality and the food was a good portion. To sum up my experience; - Food 10/10 - Drinks 10/10 - Customer Service 10/10 Keep up the great work!

Had breakfast this week. Despite three staff behind the counter, I had to go to the counter to give my order. Got my own water as the waitress was too busy chatting with the staff. Ordered scrambled eggs with a side of sausage. OK eggs, with one tiny measly furnace blasted sausage, bread barely toasted. Coffee ordinary. Staff are not interested. Give this place a miss. Manager would be very happy to chat.
Nice and cosy place, went there on a sunny day, the cafe is located on the side of the Old Hume Hwy, plenty of parking on the main road or side streets. Relatively close to train station 5mim walk from Mittagong Staff members are very friendly. Food is fresh, coffee is unique and strong. Will definitely come back for another visit. 19/05/2021, 9:30am
