Cut 2 fingers so they are bleeding and painful, thick glue under all my nails, not the shape I asked for, ignored me completely the entire time, ignored covid safety, and charged $10 more than advertised for the service.

Very hygienic, quick and great quality. They put in solid effort with their offerings. I've always done my mani-pedi and waxing here for the last 3 years. I'm a very loyal patron and never felt the reason to go elsewhere

I went to get acrylic infills on my fingernails and the job was done pretty poorly. The whole process was rushed. My nails weren’t shaped or painted well. Waste of money.

Despite coming here for years and always having great experiences, today was terrible. My finger nails are cut so short, several hurt to touch. No action was taken after I said I was unhappy. Recommend asking for your regular nail artist.
