I was served by Beck today and her product knowledge is next level. Not only did she find exactly what I was asking for when I couldn’t even explain it properly she then when out of her way to show me how to use it and offered to help my daughters next time we visit. She is so positive and vibrant and such a great representative of the store north lakes
As soon as I walked into GlamaCo I was greeted by a staff member I didn't catch her name and was asked if I needed help with anything. I expressed that I tried a sample shampoo from my hairdresser and was hoping to find it. Not being able to find the brand I was looking for I was than helped by Gemma and Kylie. After explaining my hairs tendencys and what I was looking for in a shampoo and conditioner I was given genuine information of what is best used. Gemma then showed me options that would best suit me based of what I was told. Gemma even insisted that I smell the shampoos and conditioners as sometimes the smells can be off putting. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive product either. 100% will be going back!
Bec was welcoming as soon as the doors opened for me and offered assistance which I jumped at. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable while she took the time to talk me through each and every step to get the desired outcome I was after. Top notch customer service !!
Upon entering store was greeted by a staff member whom I didn’t catch there name, however was lovely to walk into a store and be greeted. But not sure why the music has to be blaring they really need to take into consideration how people may be feeling. The music insanely loud to make matters worse could not find what I was looking for. Looking around for staff to ask there was no one apart from the young girl serving at the counter and sure could of waited but did not feel like it so left without purchasing anything. A little note to management consider the music and have some consideration it’s not even that loud in a hair salon.
Kylie, Montana and Gemma are all amazing! So professional with great customer service. Always so very helpful, I love coming into the store to see these girls!
Went in a few days ago and the service was great. Provided much needed knowledge on the products I was looking for and although I took up a lot of her time, the assistant didn't seem bothered and was happy to help above and beyond what was expected.
I came in this morning was greeted by Nathan who was full of energy and so helpful! He’s knowledgeable, fun and has the best attitude! Such a vibe - thanks Nathan for brightening my day
Sent my bald husband to pick up some dye with pictures and codes for me hoping someone would just know he's there for someone else. No one talked to him. He searched the whole store and got my things somehow. The loyalty system doesn't retain any previous purchases which is difficult you can't remember what brand you last purchased.
We brought some clipper from GlamaCo which did not work so I had to return them. I got to the store and remembered that I had forgot to take the receipt with me. So I asked them if they could please look at my daughter business account because it should be listed on her account. But they refused to even have a look on their computer for the item. You would think a big business would have records listed on their computer. There was no one to serve me and I had to wait around for some help then the manger was so rude and unhelpful.
Kylie was amazing, I came in with no idea what to get and she set me up with a shampoo, conditioner and leave in toner that is perfect for my hair. A very knowledgeable lady, go in and see her!!
