They damaged my wife’s wedding dress and in the process of getting it fixed. They don’t want to admit blame for the damage and they don’t want to pay the invoice for the damaged parts. Extremely difficult to deal with. Unless your dress can be cleaned with PERC I’d advise going elsewhere if you have something important to clean.
