This place is terrible. They hardly ever even have 1 doctor on duty that bulk bills. It is proving difficult to find a bulk billing doctor in gladstone as of the start of 2018. In a town that has such a low social economical problem a bulk billing doctor surgery would be advantageous. People that are entitled to bulk billing are forced to live with their problems or pay this service. To be honest I hope this problem is being addressed with another doctor clinic being build in gladstone that offers plenty of doctors that bulk bill, thats the time the whole town should boycot this cash grabbing "superclinic"

I visited the clinic once for my baby's 12 month check and immunisation. Although the staff at the reception appeared very helpful and the clinic has a nice waiting area, Dr was running 40min behind schedule. She was not nearly thorough when perfrorming the check and entered incorrect information in my baby's health record. I found her service very unprofessional. Nurses on the other hand were pleasant and efficient.

I've always found the staff very friendly. Sometimes it's busy but they've always been approachable. I did book using the online ap and the appt with online confirmation but didn't get into their system but the staff were great.
