We bought a $400 watch came home it was glitching took it back the next open day the lady is standing there saying what’s wrong with it ,the other lady at the shop says carnt u see it it’s glitching!!an then she tells us oh no you won’t be getting no money back or carnt swap the watch for a different one you will have to leave it with us so we can fix it!!well first of a $400 watch should be in excellent working order before you sell it to people that should be a companies must,second use need to let customers no that they carnt return the product for a refund if something is wrong with the product,third I would not be recommending your store to any of my family and friends specially with that outcome.for future I will just shop at our jewellers that has never failed us MHJ.
