New and clean facilities, with large rooms, spa, 2 different types of sauna, 50-meter competition pools, heated pool inside and outside, different types of entertainment for children which are great!, the cafeteria is clean , orderly and very varied in products to eat. the coffee is good but can take a while to make, the staff are friendly and charming. fully recommended.
Lovely complex, and well worth the combined gym & pools membership. The only reason for the low rating is that the cleanliness of the spa pools & sauna really lets it down, as well as the lockers. The lockers are constantly broken, has been 6 months of no fixing, which I understand is a council issue according to the staff, but super disappointing and frustrating not to be able to lock your items away when you are paying for a membership. The spa pools often have dirty grime around the water’s edge & sediment in the pool bottom. The sauna looks like it is rarely cleaned & scrubbed & the seats are so slimy and greasy from built up sweat, it’s disgusting. Several times I have seen people almost slip over. They should have disposable seat towels available as they do in Europe for hygiene & to help the sauna stay clean. I have mentioned to the staff about the cleanliness but obviously it’s an ongoing problem they need to address.
One of the best pools around. So clean & tidy. Staff were helpful & friendly. Hydro pool was awesome for my rehab and lots of room in change rooms. I’ll definitely be back.
Very clean facilities, beautiful gym and lovely staff. Not too expensive or full when I was there with plently of stations to sanitise after an exercise.nAll the equipment is new and well cared.nOverall a calming and safe environment with the ability to choose your own music, attend group sessions or do your own thing! Definitely recommend!
Dropped in today May 3 2025 with friends and family for a Kyokushin Kata training day.nGreat facilities and friendly staff.nThanks for having us.
