Love it. My son loves it and his lessons. My dad with health issues loves it.nnHOWEVER,nI come to do laps 3 times a weeknOne of those days is on the weekend where there is usually a lot of kids totally get it and love to see so many people enjoying the poolnThough those kids are free playing in the lap pool while there are people trying to swim laps.nToday I had sinkies and balls thrown at me, kids playing on the lane ropes, doing cannon balls in the next lane while I was swimming.nnI asked the lifeguard if the kids could be moved on to the free play pool or if the outdoor pool could be openednThey just responded with 'um ... yeah, i'll see what i can do'nOnly for nothing to happen. Which was quite disappointingnnSo I got out of the pool and left as I could not use the lap pool for its intended purposennHopefully it doesn't happen again next week
This is a lovely facility, what let's it down is the usual arrogant staff, seriously you all need to up your social skill because you have ZERO as it is, the pool itself is awesome, the free slides are great, but we weren't informed we had to pay extra for the big slides and then we were met with Mr arrogant and seriously dude you shouldn't work with people at all. Besides that the small pool was great, a bit over salted but nice and warm and the outdoir pool was fantastic.
New and clean facilities, with large rooms, spa, 2 different types of sauna, 50-meter competition pools, heated pool inside and outside, different types of entertainment for children which are great!, the cafeteria is clean , orderly and very varied in products to eat. the coffee is good but can take a while to make, the staff are friendly and charming. fully recommended.
A great facility.nStaff are wonderfull, the place is always nice and clean.nThe hydro pool could do with an extra degree or two in temp, but I'm nitpicking.
awesome park, so much fun but rude staff, the cleaner came into the bathroom when me and my friend were in there and the bathroom had toilet paper there. she assumed it was us and showed us the big pool with toilet paper in the pool saying it was us and kicked us out.nnin fact we had toilet paper on us from using the toilet after coming out of the pool so we had wet hands and used toilet paper and wiped it on our shirt thinking the little pieces would wash away and it did but we didn’t know we’d get kicked out.
