I generally hate leaving poor reviews but this trip to the doctor was atrocious. I went for a cough and phlegm that was coming up and was told my lungs were clear. Clearly not the case and I was coughing in front of her. She then proceeded to give me antibiotics for Acne that I don't have an issue with at all. Big slap in the face. 6 scripts for antibiotics for Acne and my issue I originally went for was disregarded. Only redeeming factor was it was bulk billed so I didn't have to pay for the horrible service.

Have tried to get appt as new to area and told they don't take new patients.  Ridiculous

Always polite and very helpful at reception. Patrick and other doctors all very good

Declined any healthcare for a Woman with Aquired Brain Damage. Staff are rude Apathetic Deluded Narcissistic Egomaniacs.

1 and a half hour wait for a booked appointment. What's the point of booking?
