Absolutely beautiful. Best scones I’ve had, fresh and soft with a lovely crunch. Highly recommend the Devonshire tea, baked potato and banana bread. Will come again next time we drive through.Food: 5/5

This delightful Yarragon cafe is a local favourite, offering fresh eat-in and takeaway options. With a strong emphasis on supporting local produce, they proudly serve SWIG coffee beans, roasted and ground right in Yarragon. From hearty breakfasts to gourmet sandwiches and delectable pastries, their menu is sure to satisfy any craving. The inviting atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit a pleasurable experience. Don't miss out on this culinary gem that celebrates the best flavours of the region while supporting local businesses and farmers. Stop by for a taste of fresh, local dining at its finest.
Best tea room ever! I and my friends keep talking about our experience on that day. The food was so so delicious and the view was amazing! This will always be our stop for every single trip in future
We have always enjoyed stopping here when passing through. Great coffee and service, however today I decided to get an ice cream and was very concerned when I watched the young girl struggling to scoop the ice cream to the point when her hand was obviously in contact with the ice cream. I didn’t want to upset her as I could clearly see she was trying her best with the small scoop but the ice cream was all over her hand and I couldn’t help thinking how many other hands had been in that ice cream tub. Overall I will be back and just stick with the coffee.
Bought a brown rice and veggie salad take away, which I’ve had before and it’s been fine. Yet went to the park to eat it and it tasted like artificial coffee flavour. It was impossible to eat. So I went back in and let them know. They rudely dismissed what I was saying and then as I was so hungry and on my work break, I had to order something else and they charged me the full cost. I think in the circumstances where the food is not edible a refund should be offered. My friend also tasted the salad and said it tasted like artificial coffee. Very disappointed by the staff attitude.
Gippsland Food & Wine is one of our favourite stores in Yarragon. They stock A LOT of delicious local produce, including cheese, chocolate, honey, jam, wine etc. Come with your pockets full because you'll definitely be taking something home to try! The atmosphere is buzzing and the staff are simply delightful. We had the pleasure of meeting Donna, and she was lovely! We can't wait to come back for lunch and a little shop in the future.
Second time stopping in for coffee here. Coffee is good, but the lady who served me was either having an extremely bad day or was not interested in working there. I had to start the greeting, I asked how she was and got nothing. When the coffee was ready she put it on the counter and stared at me. I said ‘have a good day’ and got nothing back. 4 star rating as I didn’t receive this experience last time and the coffee was still good.
Was a little odd having Devonshire tea in take away containers when we were dining in. The scones were great but small in size compared to many places. The seating area was lovely too. Quick service.
