We cannot recommend Jaime and the team at Gippsland Finance Solutions highly enough. The process of purchasing a home was smooth and we were always kept updated during the process. We had such a great experience that we turned to Jaime and the team again to purchase a local business. Jaime was extremely patient with us during the process that had many hurdles and her team was always there to help and support us along the way. Our second time working with Jaime to purchase a home, and again we had a fantastic experience. Jaime was quick to understand our situation and find a solution that worked best for us. I couldn’t be happier with my first experience with Gippsland Finance Solutions recently. They came highly recommended by a friend and for good reason. What a great bunch of ladies who are very responsive and make it so easy for us as their customers. They take care of as much of the paperwork as they can which was a blessing. Jaime is a total gun, easy to talk to and explains things clearly. She knows her stuff! Don’t be put off that they are based in Gippsland if you are not. Everything is done online and over the phone so it doesn’t matter where you live.
As a 1st time home buyer, I was nervous and anxious. Jaime was amazing, she put up with all our indecisiveness esp in last six months. We could not recommend a more genuine, trustworthy and patient professional to deal with our finances. Communication was second to none, always responding to my emails and calls which gave me more confidence in whole process. Will definately be using Jaime and team in the future.

If you're looking for advice or information about a loan, RUN, DON'T WALK to Gippsland Finance Solutions. They'll tell you everything you need to do and then help you do it. Sarah from Gippsland Finance Solutions is just amazing. She has made the whole process of refinancing our home loan and more recently a top up so we could purchase a new car so seamless and easy. Jaime and her switched on team alerted us to the probability of reducing the interest we were paying on our loans, which had gone up considerably over the course of 2022-23. Within a couple of days Gippsland Finance Solutions had negotiated a massive drop in rates with our existing lender saving us what amounts to about a months wages for us both over a year! Amazing job and excellent post-settlement support and advice. Glad to have them in our corner.
Gippsland Finance solutions take all the fuss and stress out of refinancing home loans and in doing so, got us a great deal with lower interest rates..!!! I would not go anywhere else for financial assistance . Thanks to Jaime and her wonderful team.
