Outstanding service from the whole team at Helix Hearing, particularly from Meg and Lauren. When my hearing aids had a problem and required off site repair, they went out of their way to ensure I was fitted with a temporary pair before going on holiday. 10 of out 10 for service and an old-fashioned personal touch lost a lot in this day and age. My ears were so plugged up with wax. I went to Helix hearing and had my ear wax removed with a micro suction. Job well done and so grateful to have my full hearing back. Staff are so lovely to deal with highly recommended this clinic.

In the second half of 2023 and into 2024 I was a ‘regular’ at Helix hearing, as due to an unknown reason, I lost my hearing in my second ear. I lost track of how many appointments & how many hearing tests I had over that period - but I had appointments with Ieast 6 of their audiologists, across 3 offices. The team were caring, understanding, patient and empathetic over what was the hardest time of my life. I can’t recommend them any more highly.
