This is my go to place for italian on Anzac parade. A family run business with excellent service and a passion for serving authentic Italian cuisine at a cheap price. Beyond the delicious pasta, homemade gnocchi and freshly oven baked pizzas, Giovanna offers a range of my favorite homemade desserts, Tiramisu and mango gelato.

It may look like your average neighborhood Italian restaurant/pizzeria, but Giovanna's is anything but! Under the guidance of Ben and his team, food was fresh and delicious - from the garlic pizza, salad, pizza, pastas, and wine/beer. Loved it all. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Everyone in our group of 10 enjoyed their meals. The deboned roast duck with orange sauce was quite substantial and tasty, we recommend that as a main. The restaurant is fairly large, however it was very busy on the Saturday evening we were there and it was very noisy, forcing us to talk loudly in order to be heard.

This place has re-opened ! very happy and the new owners are doing an amazing job, the food is great, we had pizza, pasta, wine and a delicious octopus antipasto and also the Tiramisu wow loved it. Please check them out. the owner, chef and all staff are lovely : kind regards a kingsford local xx
