Absolutely disgusting. This business takes advantage of elderly and vulnerable patients. Expect to pay several hundreds of dollars with a basic consultation. Beware, this company does not provide any receipts despite the requests.
Excellent the Dr is so nice and humble, he cure me for an allergy that I had since childhood and many problems I had at the same time related with stress, and still if it could comeback I definitely will comeback to this holistic medical shop totally recommended
Dr Charles is the best. He helps me recover from chronic migraine attacks with his magic Chinese herbs formulas. I've had great health results with his help, and been able to get off all prescription medications. His magic Chinese herbs are worth driving across Sydney for too, as no one else seems to be able to create the herbs and health outcomes like Dr Charles. Thankyou!!
I've been visiting Ginseng for over a decade, since they were inside near Coles. Chamy, who normally works Thursday and Sunday, is the best acupuncture and remedial massage therapist I've ever come across. I now regularly travel all the way from the western suburbs to visit her whenever I've got aches and pains or I'm feeling exceptionally stressed and overworked.
Like somebody else said this place is a rip off - for 2 sets of Chinese cold medicines 20 pills each, nose spray, packet of ginkgo leaves and a heat pack I paid $216 ! Avoid an older 'friendly' lady as she will push you to buy as much stuff as possible to make money. Very short term thinking to run the business. Avoid at all costs!
