Lovely meat until I received mouldy pork sausages in my last order. Two emails and photos were sent and no response. I posted a review on Facebook and now they have hidden their reviews. Their customer service is a disgrace.

Meat is amazing quality! I did have some oddly coloured beef patties once and they refunded me no probs. However, in my last order, my chicken kebabs were missing and there was a note that they would drop off in 2 days. Left the esky out for a week and nothing, sent an enquiry online and also nothing... Also, their ordering system doesn't work well on iphone or ipad. You also have no idea when they are delivering as they don't alert you. If there product wasn't such good quality and delivered on a regular basis, I might have gone elsewhere...
