Cute store but rude and unprofessional sales assistant. Paid for my purchase and as I was walking out the door, the sales assistant called me back in and said she undercharged me, so she made me pay again. Will never go back to the store again.

This store has been my go to for many years for any beautiful gifts, cards for all occasions and candles/reed diffusers. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and if you want a beautifully wrapped gift - they will do it for you free of charge :

Went to Giftica at the time the store was meant to be open. Paid for parking, walked to store, Giftica was closed lights out no one to be seen. Trading hours sign on the door confirmed Giftica should have been open.

Great shop to find a gift. Gift wrapping available too for those last minute gifts! Thank you.
